Every project we develop sits in a company created for that project alone (an SPV). Realization runs the project day to day as managing partner, and investors know exactly which project they are in. The accounts, risks and decisions of one project never mix with another's.

A stuck property?
An undivided inheritance, co-owners who cannot agree, a land registry that does not match the building: many properties in Portugal stand still for reasons that sit on paper, not in the market. For those cases we built FLUII, a separate service operated by Realization Unipessoal LDA.
